۞ Allah is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Competent. 54 And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will swear they had remained but an hour. Thus they were deluded. 55 But those who [in their lifetime] were endowed with knowledge and faith will say: "Indeed, you have been tardy in [accepting as true] what God has revealed, [and you have waited] until the Day of Resurrection: this, then, is the Day of Resurrection: but you - you were determined not to know it! 56 On that Day the excusing of themselves will not profit those who did wrong, nor shall they be suffered to please Allah. 57 And indeed We have illustrated all kinds of examples in this Qur’an for mankind; and indeed if you bring a sign to them, the disbelievers will say, “You are upon nothing but falsehood.” 58 Thus does God seal the hearts of those who do not know. 59 Therefore, have patience. The promise of Allah is true. Do not let those who are uncertain make you unsteady. 60
