And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 and night: will you not take heed? 138
