Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
