And remember Our slave Ayub (Job), when he invoked his Lord (saying): "Verily! Shaitan (Satan) has touched me with distress (by losing my health) and torment (by losing my wealth)! 41 (We commanded him): “Stamp your foot on earth, and here is cool water to wash with and to drink.” 42 We restored to him his family and like those with them, a mercy from Us and a reminder to a nation that understand. 43 And We said, “Take a broom in your hand and strike her with it, and do not break your vow”; We indeed found him patiently enduring; what an excellent bondman! He is indeed most inclined. 44 And remember Our servants -- Abraham, Isaac and Jacob -- they were endowed with great strength and vision. 45 Indeed, We chose them for an exclusive quality: remembrance of the home [of the Hereafter]. 46 Lo! in Our sight they are verily of the elect, the excellent. 47 And commemorate Isma'il, Elisha, and Zul-Kifl: Each of them was of the Company of the Good. 48 Such is their noble story. The pious ones will certainly have the best place to return. 49 the Gardens of eternity with gates thrown wide open to them. 50 Therein they will recline; therein they will call for fruits in abundance and drinks; 51 ۞ And beside them will be chaste women restraining their glances, (companions) of equal age. 52 This is what you are promised for the Day of Reckoning: 53 Lo! this in truth is Our provision, which will never waste away. 54 Yea, such! but - for the wrong-doers will be an evil place of (Final) Return!- 55 Hell, which they will [enter to] burn, and wretched is the resting place. 56 (They will be told), "This is your recompense. 57 and other such torments. 58 Here is a troop rushing headlong with you! No welcome for them! truly, they shall burn in the Fire! 59 [And] they [who had been seduced] will exclaim: "Nay, but it is you! No welcome to you! It is you who have prepared this for us: and how vile a state to abide in!" 60 They say: Our Lord! Whoever did prepare this for us, oh, give him double portion of the Fire! 61 But why is it that we cannot see men whom we had considered as wicked 62 [and] whom we made the target of our derision? Or is it that [they are here, and] our eyes have missed them?" 63 That most surely is the truth: the contending one with another of the inmates of the fire. 64
