Commemorate Our Servant Job. Behold he cried to his Lord: "The Evil One has afflicted me with distress and suffering!" 41 Stamp the ground with thy foot, yonder is water to wash in, cool, and water to drink. 42 And We gave him (back) his family, and along with them the like thereof, as a Mercy from Us, and a Reminder for those who understand. 43 "And take in thy hand a little grass, and strike therewith: and break not (thy oath)." Truly We found him full of patience and constancy. How excellent in Our service! ever did he turn (to Us)! 44 Remember also Our servants Abraham, Isaac and Jacob -- men of might they and of vision. 45 Indeed, We purified them with a most pure quality, the remembrance of the Everlasting Life. 46 And indeed they are, to Us, among the chosen and outstanding. 47 And make mention of Ishmael and Elisha and Dhu'l-Kifl. All are of the chosen. 48 This is a Reminder. The righteous shall have a good place to return to: 49 They will enter gardens of Eden with their gates open for them. 50 Reclining therein, calling therein for many fruits and drink. 51 ۞ and with them maidens restraining their glances of equal age. 52 All this is what you are promised for the Day of Judgement. 53 This is Our provision for you, never to end. 54 Yea, such! but - for the wrong-doers will be an evil place of (Final) Return!- 55 Hell; which they shall enter; what an evil resting-place! 56 Here is a boiling and an ice-cold draught, so let them taste it, 57 and, coupled with it, further [suffering] of a similar nature. 58 [And they will say to one another: "Do you see] this crowd of people who rushed headlong [into sin] with you? No welcome to them! Verily, they [too] shall have to endure the fire!" 59 They will say to them, "You are not welcome! It was you who brought this on us, an evil place to stay," 60 They will say, "Our Lord, whoever brought this upon us - increase for him double punishment in the Fire." 61 They will say to one another: “But why do we not see those whom we considered him among the wicked? 62 [and] whom we made the target of our derision? Or are they here, and our eyes have missed them?" 63 Lo! that is very truth: the wrangling of the dwellers in the Fire. 64
