Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; the Almighty, the Forgiving' 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 To which you pay no heed. 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 Only this has been revealed to me that I am a distinct warner. 70 When thy Lord said to the angels, 'See, I am creating a mortal of a clay. 71 So when I have made him complete and breathed into him of My spirit, then fall down making obeisance to him. 72 Then the angels bowed before him in a body, 73 Except Iblis. He was filled with pride and turned an unbeliever. 74 Said He: "O Iblis! What has kept thee from prostrating thyself before that [being] which I have created with My hands? Art thou too proud [to bow down before another created being,] or art thou of those who think [only] of themselves as high?" 75 He said: "I am better than he. You created me from fire, and him from clay." 76 Allah said: get thee forth therefrom; verily thou art driven away. 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 He said: Surely you are of the respited ones, 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 He (satan) said: 'I swear by Your Might, that I will seduce all of them 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 He said: The Truth is, and the Truth I speak, 84 That I shall fill hell with thee and with such of them as follow thee, together. 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 This [divine writ,] behold, is no less than a reminder to all the worlds — 87 You will come to know its truth in time." 88
