Those who disbelieve will be addressed (at the time of entering into the Fire): "Allah's aversion was greater towards you (in the worldly life when you used to reject the Faith) than your aversion towards one another (now in the Fire of Hell, as you are now enemies to one another), when you were called to the Faith but you used to refuse." 10 They will say: our Lord! Thou hast made us die twice, and Thou hast made us live twice. Now we confess our sins: is there no getting out any way? 11 This has come upon you because when God alone was invoked you disbelieved; but when partners were associated with Him, you believed. But judgement belongs to God, the all-high and supreme. 12 HE IT IS who shows you His wonders [in all nature,] and sends down sustenance for you from the sky: but none bethinks himself [thereof] save those who are wont to turn to God. 13 Worship God and be devoted to His religion even though the disbelievers dislike this. 14 Bestower of High Ranks, Owner of the Throne; it is He Who instils the spirit of faith into the one He wills among His bondmen, in order that he may warn of the Day of Meeting. – 15 The Day whereon they will appear: naught of them will be concealed from Allah, Whose is the dominion today? It is of Allah, the One, the Subduer. 16 This day is each soul requited that which it hath earned; no wrong (is done) this day. Lo! Allah is swift at reckoning. 17 Warn them against the Imminent Day when, choking with anguish, the hearts will be in their throats, the harmdoers will not have a single loyal friend, and there will be no intercessor to be obeyed. 18 He (Allah) knows the furtive looks of the eyes and what the chests conceal. 19 God decides with justice. But those they call apart from Him can not adjudge in the least. Verily God is all-hearing, all-perceiving. 20
