45 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat) before The Town (Al-Balad)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Qaf. By the glorious Qur'an. 1 They are rather surprised that a warner from among themselves has come to them. So the unbelievers say: "This is astonishing: 2 What! when we are dead and have become dust? That is afar (from probable) return. 3 We know that which the earth taketh of them, and with Us is a recording Book. 4 But they deny the Truth when it comes to them: so they are in a confused state. 5 So did they not see the sky above them – how We have made it and beautified it, and there are no cracks in it? 6 We stretched the earth and placed upon it firm stabilisers and We made every kind of splendid thing to grow upon it 7 for an insight and a reminder to every penitent servant. 8 We have sent blessed water down from the sky to grow gardens, harvestable crops 9 and tall palm-trees with clusters of dates 10 As a provision for our bondmen; and therewith We have quickened a dead land. Even so will be the coming forth. 11 And before them the people of Nuh belied, and so did the dwellers of Rass and the Thamud. 12 And 'Aad and Pharaoh and the brothers of Lot 13 and the people of Aykah, and the people of Tubba'. They all gave the lie to the Messengers. Thereafter My threat of chastisement against them was fulfilled. 14 Were We then fatigued with the first creation? Yet are they in doubt with regard to a new creation. 15

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
