۞ And there are many angels in the heavens, whose intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He wills and pleases. 26 Behold, it is [only] such as do not [really] believe in the life to come that regard the angels as female beings; 27 And they have no knowledge of it; they do not follow anything but conjecture, and surely conjecture does not avail against the truth at all. 28 So ignore those who turn away from Our revelation and seek nothing but the life of this world. 29 That is their highest point of knowledge. Verily thine Lord! it is He Who is the Best Knower of him who strayeth from His way, and He is the Best Knower of him who letteth himself be guided. 30 To God belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. In the end God will re-compense the evil doers for their deeds and reward the righteous ones for their deeds. 31 As for those who avoid the greater sins and shameful acts, except minor trespasses, your Lord's forgiveness surely has great amplitude. He is fully knowledgeable of you as He produced you from the earth, and since you were a foetus in your mother's womb. So do not assert your goodness; he is better who takes heed and preserves himself. 32
