▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for one who fears to stand before his Lord, are two Gardens. 46 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 47 (Gardens) with many branches. 48 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 51 In which are fruits of all kinds, each of two varieties. 52 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 53 Reclining upon the couches lined with silk brocade, and the fruits of the two Gardens will be near at hand. 54 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 55 In the midst of these shall be maidens with modest, restrained glances; maidens whom no man or jinn has ever touched before. 56 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 57 [There will be] maidens as fair as corals and rubies. 58 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 59 Can any thing else be a response to a favor but a favor? 60 Which of the laudable attributes of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 62 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 63 dark green in color. 64 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 65 Wherein are two abundant springs. 66 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 67 Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate. 68 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 69 Therein (gardens) will be fair (wives) good and beautiful; 70 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 71 [There the blessed will live with their] pure companions sheltered in pavilions. 72 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 73 There hath deflowered them neither man nor jinn. 74 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 76 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
