Kingship (Al-Mulk)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent - 1 [He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving - 2 He created seven heavens one above the other in layers. You will not find any flaw in the creation of the Gracious One. Then look once again: can you see any flaw? 3 Then lift your gaze again, your gaze will return towards you, unsuccessful and weak. 4 And indeed We have adorned the nearest heaven with lamps, and We have made such lamps (as) missiles to drive away the Shayatin (devils), and have prepared for them the torment of the blazing Fire. 5 And for those who disbelieve in their Lord is the punishment of hell, and evil is the resort. 6 When they are cast into it they shall hear it sighing, while it boils 7 Almost bursting with fury: Every time a Group is cast therein, its Keepers will ask, "Did no Warner come to you?" 8 They shall say: Yea! indeed there came to us a warner, but we rejected (him) and said: Allah has not revealed anything, you are only in a great error. 9 They will say: 'If we had only listened and understood, we would not be among the inmates of the Blazing Fire.'” 10 So will they confess their guilt. Deprived (of all joys) will be the inmates of Hell. 11 (As for) those who fear their Lord in secret, they shall surely have forgiveness and a great reward. 12 And conceal your speech or publicize it; indeed, He is Knowing of that within the breasts. 13 What! Will He Who has created not know? Whereas He knows every detail, the All Aware! 14
