Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So, I call to witness what you see 38 and by that you do not see, 39 That it is indeed the speech of an illustrious messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 Nor diviner's speech - little is it that ye remember! 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We would certainly have seized him by the right hand, 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 And verily, this [Qur'an] is a reminder to all the God-conscious! 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 But truly (Revelation) is a cause of sorrow for the Unbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
