Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2
What ails the unbelievers, running with outstretched necks 36 From the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 Does every man of them long to enter the Garden of Bliss? 38 Nay, verily. Lo! We created them from what they know. 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Able 40 To bring instead (others) better than them, and We shall not be overcome. 41 Wherefore let thou them alone plunging in vanity and sporting until they meet their Day which they are promised. 42 the Day on which they will hastily come forth from their graves, as though they were hurrying on to the altars of their deities. 43 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with. 44
God the Almighty always says the truth.
