So what is the matter with these disbelievers, that they stare at you (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him)? 36 On the right hand and on the left, in sundry parties? 37 Coveteth every man of them, that he shall enter the Garden of Delight? 38 Certainly not! They know quite well out of what We created them. 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Able 40 To replace them by (others) better than them; and We are not to be outrun. 41 Then leave them alone to plunge and play until they encounter that day of theirs which they are promised, 42 the Day when they shall come out of their graves in haste, as if they were racing to a goal, 43 With eyes aghast, abasement stupefying them: Such is the Day which they are promised. 44
Almighty God's Truth.
End of Surah: The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej). Sent down in Mecca after Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah) before The News (Al-Naba')
