Al-Takweer
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
(On the day) when the sun is made to cease shining, 1 And when the stars darken, 2 when the mountains shall be set in motion, 3 And when the she-camels big with young shall be abandoned, 4 And when wild animals are herded together. 5 And when the seas shall be filled, 6 And when the souls he paired, 7 and when the girl-child that was buried alive is made to ask 8 for what crime she had been slain, 9 And when the pages are laid open, 10 And when the heaven is torn away. 11 And when Hellfire is set ablaze 12 when Paradise is brought near, 13 Every soul will then come know what it has brought. 14 No! I swear by the slinkers, 15 the planets that run their course and set, 16 and by the night as it recedes, 17 and the morning when it extends, 18 This is indeed the recitation of an honoured Noble Messenger. (Angel Jibreel – peace and blessings be upon him.) 19 Full of power, well-established (in position) with the Lord and Master of the Throne, 20 Obeyed (by the angels), trustworthy there (in the heavens). 21 And your companion is not insane. 22 he truly beheld him [the angel] on the clear horizon. 23 Nor of the unseen is he a tenacious concealer. 24 This is not the utterance of an accursed devil. 25 So whither do you stray? 26 It is nothing but Good Counsel for everyone in the world, 27 for everyone of you who wishes to follow the Straight Way; 28 But you cannot will it unless God, the Lord of the Universe, so wills it [to show you that way]. 29
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
