Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the Sky is cleft asunder; 1 when the stars are scattered, 2 And when the oceans are swept away. 3 when the tombs are overthrown, 4 Each soul will know what it had sent ahead and what it had left behind. 5 O man! what has beguiled you from your Lord, the Gracious one, 6 Who created thee, then moulded thee, then proportioned thee? 7 Shaping you into any form He pleased? 8 Nay! but you give the lie to the judgment day, 9 And indeed there are some guardians over you. 10 watching over you 11 They know whatsoever ye do. 12 the virtuous will dwell in bliss, 13 And verily the ungodly shall be in a Scorch. 14 which they shall enter on the Day of Judgement, 15 And thence they shall not be allowed to be absent. 16 And what will make you realize what the day of judgment is? 17 Again, what do you know of what sort is the Day of Justice! 18 It will be a Day when no human being shall be of the least avail to any other human being, God [alone] will hold command on that Day. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
