Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
I swear by the early hours of the day, 1 and the brooding night! 2 Thy Lord hath not forsaken thee nor doth He hate thee, 3 And surely what comes after is better for you than that which has gone before. 4 Your Lord will soon grant you sufficient favors to please you. 5 Did He not find you orphaned and shelter you? 6 Did He not find you a wanderer so He guided you? 7 And did He not find you in need and make you rich? 8 So do not oppress the orphan, 9 and him that seeks [thy] help shalt thou never chide, 10 and proclaim the bounty of your Lord. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
