Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 and refuse charity. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
