Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? 1 Who turns away the orphan, 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
