Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 And We have guarded it from every outcast devil, 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 And the earth! We have stretched it out and have cast thereon mountains firm, and We have caused to spring up thereon everything weighed. 19 We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. 20 There is not a thing but its storehouses are with Us. But We only send down each thing in an appropriate measure: 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 for, behold, it is We - We alone - who grant life and deal death, and it is We alone who shall remain after all else will have passed away! 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 Indeed your Lord only will raise them all on the Day of Resurrection; indeed only He is Wise, All Knowing. 25
