Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs. 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said: Be not afraid! Lo! we bring thee good tidings of a boy possessing wisdom. 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 Abraham said: "Who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except the misguided?" 56 He added: "What is your errand O sent ones?" 57 They said: verily we have been sent unto a people guilty 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
