▼ 15 The Hijjr Valley
Al-Hijjr 6 of 6
And assuredly the dwellers of Hijr belied the sent ones. 80 And We brought Our signs unto them, yet they were averting themselves therefrom. 81 And they used to hew out dwellings from the hills, (wherein they dwelt) secure. 82 Then the shout took hold of them in the early morn. 83 Therefore their earnings did not in the least benefit them. 84 AND [remember:] We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them without [an inner] truth; but, behold, the Hour [when this will become clear to all] is indeed yet to come. Hence, forgive [men's failings] with fair forbearance: 85 Verify thy Lord! He is the Great Creator, the Knower. 86 And We have certainly given you, [O Muhammad], seven of the often repeated [verses] and the great Qur'an. 87 Do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [certain] categories of the disbelievers, and do not grieve over them. And lower your wing to the believers 88 And say: Lo! I, even I, am a plain warner, 89 Like (those) We had sent to those schismatics who slandered their Books 90 [and] who [now] declare this Qur'an to be [a tissue of] falsehoods! 91 by your Lord, We shall question them all 92 As to what they did. 93 Therefore proclaim openly (Allah's Message Islamic Monotheism) that which you are commanded, and turn away from Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, and disbelievers, etc. - see V. 2:105). 94 We suffice thee against the mockers, 95 and those who set up other gods with Allah, indeed, they will soon know. 96 And We already know that your breast is constrained by what they say. 97 Therefore celebrate the praise of your Lord, and be of those who make obeisance. 98 And go on worshipping your Lord till the certainty (of death) comes upon you. 99
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
