۞ By inspiration we told Moses: "Travel by night with my servants; for surely ye shall be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
