۞ O mankind! Ye are the poor in your relation to Allah. And Allah! He is the Absolute, the Owner of Praise. 15 He can put you away, if He will, and bring a new creation 16 Nor is that (at all) difficult for Allah. 17 And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And if a heavily laden soul calls [another] to [carry some of] its load, nothing of it will be carried, even if he should be a close relative. You can only warn those who fear their Lord unseen and have established prayer. And whoever purifies himself only purifies himself for [the benefit of] his soul. And to Allah is the [final] destination. 18 The blind and the sighted are not equal, 19 nor darkness and light; 20 Nor are (alike) the shade and the sun's heat. 21 nor are the living and the dead alike. Allah makes to hear whomsoever He wishes, but you, (O Prophet), cannot cause to hear those who are in their graves. 22 You are no more than a warner. 23 Surely We have sent thee with the truth good tidings to bear, and warning; not a nation there is, but there has passed away in it a warner. 24 And if they give thee the lie - even so gave the lie to the truth [many of] those who lived before their time, [when] there came unto them their apostles with all evidence of the truth, and with books of divine wisdom, and with light-giving revelation; 25 Then I took hold of those who disbelieved, and how terrible was My denial (punishment)! 26
