But [let them always remember that] if We lengthen a human being's days, We also cause him to decline in his powers [when he grows old]: will they not, then, use their reason? 68 We have not taught him (Prophet Muhammad) poetry, nor does it become him. This is only a Remembrance and a Clear Holy Reading (Koran) 69 to warn all who are truly alive, and to justify the word [God's verdict] against the deniers. 70 Do they not see that We have created for them of what Our Hands have created, the cattle, so that they are their owners. 71 And have subdued them unto them, so that some of them they have for riding, some for food? 72 other uses also they have in them, and beverages. What, will they not be thankful? 73 Yet they have taken, apart from God, gods; haply they might be helped. 74 They cannot help them, for them (the so called) army are brought (with them to Hell). 75 Let not their speech, then, grieve thee. Verily We know what they hide as well as what they disclose. 76 Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop - then at once he is a clear adversary? 77 And he strikes out a likeness for Us and forgets his own creation. Says he: Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten? 78 Say, "He will give them life Who created them for the first time! for He is Well-versed in every kind of creation!- 79 He who produces fire for you from green trees and from this you kindle fire." 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of these? Yea! He is the Supreme Creator, the Knower. 81 His command, when He intends anything, is only to say to it: Be, so it is. 82 So glory to Him in Whose hands is the dominion of all things: and to Him will ye be all brought back. 83
