We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
عند قراءة القرآن الملون على الأجهزة المحمولة أو الأجهزة اللوحية، يمكنك تدوير الشاشة لتكبير النص أو تصغيره.
