Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
