And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
