Lo! We verily do help Our messengers, and those who believe, in the life of the world and on the day when the witnesses arise, 51 upon the day when their excuses shall not profit the evildoers, and theirs shall be the curse, and theirs the evil abode. 52 And, indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture [i.e. the Taurat (Torah)], 53 A Guide and a Message to men of Understanding. 54 Therefore have patience; the promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness of your sins, and exalt with the praise of your Lord in the evening and at dawn. 55 Those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah without any proof having come to them – in their hearts is nothing but a craving for greatness which they shall never achieve; therefore seek the refuge of Allah; indeed He only is the All Hearing, the All Seeing. 56 Certainly the creation of the heavens and earth is greater than the creation of men; but most men know it not. 57 The blind and the seeing are not equal, nor are those who believe and do good works and the wrongdoer, yet you seldom reflect. 58 Indeed, the Hour is coming - no doubt about it - but most of the people do not believe. 59 And your Lord says: Call upon Me, I will answer you; surely those who are too proud for My service shall soon enter hell abased. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
