And the disbelievers said, “Do not listen to this Qur’an and engulf it in noise – perhaps you may be victorious this way.” 26 We shall certainly make the unbelievers suffer severe torment and will punish them far worse than what they deserve for their deeds. 27 Such is the requital of the enemies of Allah,- the Fire: therein will be for them the Eternal Home: a (fit) requital, for that they were wont to reject Our Signs. 28 And the Unbelievers will say: "Our Lord! Show us those, among Jinns and men, who misled us: We shall crush them beneath our feet, so that they become the vilest (before all)." 29 As for those who affirm, "Our Lord is God," and then remain steadfast, the angels will descend on them, saying, "Have no fear and do not grieve. Rejoice in the [good news of the] Garden that you have been promised. 30 "We are your companions in this life and in the Hereafter. Therein you shall have all that your souls desire, and therein you shall have all that you ask for 31 "A hospitable gift from one Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful!" 32
