(Muhammad), have you ever seen the one who has turned away (from guidance), 33 And gave a little, then was grudging? 34 Does he have knowledge of the hidden, so he can foresee? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And (of) Ibrahim who fulfilled (the commandments): 37 To wit, that a burthened soul shall not bear the burthen of another. 38 And that man will not obtain anything except what he strove for? 39 That his endeavours will be judged, 40 And only then will he receive his recompense in full; 41 To your Lord will all things eventually return. 42 That it is He who makes you happy and morose, 43 And that it is He Who causeth to die and causeth to live. 44 and that it is He who creates the two kinds - the male and the female 45 From a seed when lodged (in its place); 46 And that only upon Him is the next revival? 47 And that it is He who enriches and suffices 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that He destroyed the first [people of] 'Aad 50 And (the tribe of) Thamud He spared not; 51 And also the people of Nuh aforetime. Verily they were even greater wrong-doers and more contumacious. 52 and He overthrew the subverted cities [of Sodom and Gomorrah] 53 So that they were covered over by what they were covered over. 54 On which then of your Lord's signs do you cast doubt? 55 This (Muhammad SAW) is a warner (Messenger) of the (series of) warners (Messengers) of old. 56 There hath approached the approaching Hour. 57 None beside Allah can disclose it. 58 Do you, perchance, find this tiding strange? 59 and do they laugh instead of weeping, 60 while you are thoughtless? 61 So prostrate yourselves before Allah and worship. ۩ 62
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
