All that is on earth will perish, 26 And everlasting is the Entity of your Lord, the Most Majestic and the Most Honourable. 27 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 28 Of Him beggeth whosoever is in the heavens and the earth; every day He is in a new affair. 29 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 (We shall then see), which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 32 O society of jinns and men, cross the bounds of the heavens and the earth if you have the ability, then pass beyond them; but you cannot unless you acquire the law. 33 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 34 On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defence will ye have: 35 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 36 Then when the heaven is rent asunder, and it becomes rosy or red like red-oil, or red hide. 37 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 38 Neither man nor jinn will be questioned on that day about his sin. 39 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 40 The sinners will be recognised by their marks, and seized by the forelock and their feet. 41 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 42 This is Hell, which the criminals deny. 43 They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]. 44 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 45
