What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 All this was done as a means of enjoyment for you and your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They ask you about the hour, when it will come. 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
