The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
CONSIDER the heavens and that which comes in the night! 1 - Ah, what will tell thee what the Morning Star is! 2 - The piercing Star! 3 There is no soul but has a protector over it. 4 Let the human being reflect that from what he has been created. 5 Created from a gushing fluid. 6 issuing between the loins and the breast-bones. 7 Surely He (the Creator) has the power to bring him back (to life). 8 On a Day whereon secrets shall be out. 9 Then will he have no might nor any helper. 10 By the rotating heavens 11 by earth splitting with verdure, 12 That this (Qur'an) is a decisive word 13 And it is not a thing for amusement. 14 Indeed, they are planning a plan, 15 And I (too) will make a scheme. 16 So allow time for the disbelievers. Leave them awhile. 17
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Comet (Al-Taareq). Sent down in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
