The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
