Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

Children of Israel, remember the favours I have bestowed upon you, and fulfil the covenant that you made with Me. I shall fulfil the covenant I made with you. Fear Me alone. 40 And believe in what I have sent down confirming what is with you, and do not be the first to disbelieve it. Do not sell My verses for a little price and fear Me. 41 Confound not truth with falsehood, nor knowingly conceal the truth. 42 And establish prayer, and give the poor-rate, and bow down with those who bow down. 43 ۞ Would you order people to do good deeds and forget to do them yourselves even though you read the Book? Why do you not think? 44 And seek help in patience and prayer; and verily it is hard, except unto the meek. 45 who reckon that they shall meet their Lord and that unto Him they are returning. 46
