O you who believe! Take your precautions, and either go forth (on an expedition) in parties, or go forth all together. 71 There are certainly among you men who would tarry behind: If a misfortune befalls you, they say: "Allah did favour us in that we were not present among them." 72 But if good fortune comes to you from God, such a person is sure to say - just as if there had never been any question of love between you and him: "Oh, would that I had been with them, and thus had a [share in their] mighty triumph!" 73 ۞ Therefore let those fight in the way of Allah, who sell this world's life for the hereafter; and whoever fights in the way of Allah, then be he slain or be he victorious, We shall grant him a mighty reward. 74 And what aileth you that ye fight not in the way of Allah and for the oppressed among men and women and children who say: our Lord! take us forth from this town whereof the people are wrong-doing, and appoint us from before Thee a patron, and appoint us from before Thee a helper! 75 The believers fight for the cause of God. The unbelievers fight for the cause of the Satan. So fight against the friends of Satan for the evil plans of Satan are certainly weak. 76
