۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
