And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 Therefore flee unto God! I am a clear warner from Him to you. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 In the same way no Messenger came to those who lived before them without his people calling him a magician or an insane person. 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
