O Prophet, tell your wives and daughters, and the women of the faithful, to draw their wraps a little over them. They will thus be recognised and no harm will come to them. God is forgiving and kind. 59 ۞ THUS IT IS: if the hypocrites, and they in whose hearts is disease, and they who, by spreading false rumours, would cause disturbances in the City [of the Prophet] desist not [from their hostile doings]; We shall indeed give thee mastery over them, [O Muhammad] - and then they will not remain thy neighbours in this [city] for more than a little while: 60 Accursed – to be caught wherever found and to be slain thoroughly. 61 (Such was) the practice (approved) of Allah among those who lived aforetime: No change wilt thou find in the practice (approved) of Allah. 62 People ask you about the Hour (of the great change). Say: "Only God has knowledge of it. Who knows? The Hour may be close at hand." 63 Verily, Allah has cursed the disbelievers, and has prepared for them a flaming Fire (Hell). 64 There they will live forever, and they will find therein neither friend nor helper. 65 On the Day whereon their faces shall be rolled in the Fire, they will say: Oh that we had obeyed Allah and had obeyed the apostle! 66 They shall say, 'Our Lord, we obeyed our chiefs and great ones, and they led us astray from the way. 67 Our Lord! give them double torment and curse them with a mighty curse!" 68
