See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 That they should ascribe unto the Compassionate a son. 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
