Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the winds which carry dust particles, 1 Then those clouds bearing the load (of minute things in space). 2 And those who move (on the water) gently, 3 And those that distribute and apportion by Command;- 4 Verily the promise made to you is true: 5 And undoubtedly justice will surely be done. 6 By the heaven with its passages, 7 surely you are at variance (about the Hereafter); 8 Turned aside therefrom is who is turned aside. 9 Slain be those who mould from their imaginations. 10 Who are lost in deception. 11 They ask, "When will the Day of Judgement come?" 12 [It is] the Day they will be tormented over the Fire 13 'Taste your trial. This is what you have sought to hasten' 14 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and fountains. 15 Accepting what their Lord has given them. Indeed, they were before that doers of good. 16 sleeping little in the night-time, 17 and at dawn would ask forgiveness, 18 And the beggar and the destitute had a share in their wealth. 19 On the earth are signs for those of assured Faith, 20 And in your own selves; so can you not perceive? 21 And in heaven is [the source of] your sustenance [on earth] and [of] all that you are promised [for your life after death]: 22 Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking. 23
