The Mountain (Al-Toor)
49 verses, revealed in Mecca after Prostration (Al-Sajdah) before Kingship (Al-Mulk)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
CONSIDER Mount Sinai! 1 And the Scripture inscribed 2 On fine parchment unrolled, 3 by the Visited House, 4 The roof raised high, 5 And the swollen sea, 6 the punishment of your Lord shall certainly come to pass, 7 none can avert that. 8 On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motion 9 and the mountains are in motion, 10 woe that day unto those that cry lies, 11 and amuse themselves with vain argumentation. 12 On that Day when they shall be pitched into the Fire of Gehenna (Hell), 13 "This:, it will be said, "Is the Fire,- which ye were wont to deny! 14 Was it, then, a delusion or is it that you failed to see [its truth]? 15 "Burn ye therein: the same is it to you whether ye bear it with patience, or not: Ye but receive the recompense of your (own) deeds." 16 But in the Gardens the righteous shall live in bliss, 17 Delighted at the bestowal of their Lord; and their Lord has saved them from the fire. 18 'Eat and drink, with wholesome appetite, for that you were working. 19 Reclining on thrones, in rows; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 20 And those who believe and whose offspring follow them in Faith, to them shall We join their offspring, and We shall not decrease the reward of their deeds in anything. Every person is a pledge for that which he has earned. 21 We shall provide them in abundance with all kinds of fruit and meat, whatever they may desire. 22 They shall pass therein from one to another a cup wherein there shall be nothing vain nor any sin. 23 ۞ They will be waited upon by immortal youths, like pearls hidden in their shells. 24 They will turn to one another and ask (regarding the past events). 25 They will say: "Behold, aforetime - when we were [still living] in the midst of our kith and kin - we were full of fear [at the thought of God's displeasure]: 26 But God has granted us favors and saved us from the scorching heat of the torment. 27 Verily we were wont to pray unto Him aforetime; verily He! it is He, the Benign, the Merciful. 28

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
