Therefore remind! by thy Lord's blessing thou art not a soothsayer neither possessed. 29 Or say they: a poet for whom we wait some adverse turn of fortune! 30 Tell them: “Wait; I too am waiting with you.” 31 Or, do their intellects order them to do this? Or, are they an insolent people? 32 Do they say: 'He has invented it' No, they do not believe. 33 So let them bring a single discourse like it, if they are truthful. 34 Or were they created out of nothing? Or are they the creators? 35 Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, they have no firm belief. 36 Or do they own the treasures of thy Lord? Or have they been given charge (thereof)? 37 Or have they a ladder whereon they listen? Then let any of them that has listened bring a clear authority. 38 Does God have daughters while you have sons? 39 Do you (Muhammad) ask them for any payment (for your preaching) which they cannot afford? 40 Or, is the Unseen in their keeping, so they are writing it down? 41 Or do they want to stage a deception? -- Then only those who do not believe will be the ones who will be tricked. 42 Or have they a god other than God? Exalted be God over what they ascribe as partners [to Him]! 43 If they should see a segment falling from the sky, they would say: "It is only a massive cloud." 44 Then let them be (O Muhammad), till they meet their day, in which they will be thunder-stricken, 45 the day when their guile shall avail them naught, and they shall not be helped. 46 And surely those who are unjust shall have a punishment besides that (in the world), but most of them do not know. 47 And wait patiently for the judgment of your Lord, for surely you are before Our eyes, and sing the praise of your Lord when you rise; 48 And in the night, give Him glory too, and at the setting of the stars. 49

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
