▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 and you are watching at that time 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 If he is among the near 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
