I swear by all that you can see, 38 And what you do not see 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet. Little it is that ye believe 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 Had Muhammad invented some words against Us. 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 And indeed, it will be [a cause of] regret upon the disbelievers. 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify the name of thy Lord Most High. 52
