Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then, for him who Tagha (transgressed all bounds, in disbelief, oppression and evil deeds of disobedience to Allah). 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
