The Embryo (Al-Alaq)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
(Muhammad), read in the name of your Lord who created (all things). 1 created the human from a (blood) clot. 2 Read, for your Lord is most beneficent, 3 He Who taught (the use of) the pen,- 4 The One Who taught man all what he did not know. 5 Yes indeed, man is surely rebellious. 6 for he believes himself to be self-sufficient. 7 Surely your returning is to your Lord. 8 Have you seen one who prevents 9 a servant (of Allah) when he prays? 10 Tell me, if he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) is on the guidance (of Allah)? 11 Or had enjoined piety, (it would have been better)? 12 Did you consider: what if he gives the lie (to the Truth) and turns away (from it)? 13 Does he not know that God sees? 14 No indeed; if he does not desist, We shall drag him by the forelock; 15 By the lying, the sinful forelock. 16 Then, let him call upon his council (of helpers), 17 We, will call the Zabania (the harsh angels of Hell). 18 Nay! obey him not, and make obeisance and draw nigh (to Allah). ۩ 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
