The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
