Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Hast thou seen him who cries lies to the Doom? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
